This excludes four volunteers who work with the organisation
to gain experience and assist the organisation for a period of six
months. They are not paid a salary, but an allowance per month to
cover their travel and meals expenses. Nkuzi sometimes also utilises
individuals or organisations on short term contracts to assist with
specific tasks or projects.

Sadly at the end of December two staff, Makhanana
and Maseleka left the organisation.
They have both joined the Regional Land Claims Commission in Mpumalanga
Province.
Dan Mabokela has also left Nkuzi from the end of February. He
has joined the National Land Committee.
While these are losses to us we are happy that these people continue
to work in the land sector. Sam Shirinda has started as an attorney
heading the new office in Modimolle (formerly Nylstroom).
Betty Scheepers has also started in the Modimolle office as a
Legal Secretary.
They are welcome in the organisation and we look forward to them
contributing to the securing
of peoples rights in the Waterberg District of the Limpopo Province.
